Complaint about a moderator


Filing a complaint against a moderation staff member

Complaints against EXBO moderation staff can be filed by sending a letter to [email protected]. The term of complaint processing is 10 working days.

The following reasons are not grounds for complaining about EXBO moderation staff:

  • Getting banned in the STALZONE game for any reason;
  • Refusal to review a ban received in the STALZONE game;
  • Problems with the distribution system or balance in the STALZONE game;
  • Request amnesty, that is, remove any ban in the STALZONE game.

You need to attach to your letter the filled in form, located in the section below.

  2. Name of the moderator who committed the violation:
  3. The platform you play on:
  4. The region you play on:
  5. The resource where the violation occurred:
  6. Your identifier from this resource (Login/Name/ID):
  7. Date and time when the violation occurred:
  8. The Time Zone where you are located:
  9. Description of the violation:
  10. Proofs of guilt (Screenshots/Video):

Please upload the videos to the YouTube platform or any disc, and send us only links to it. When uploading them, set link access. Do not make them public in any way.
